Code of Conduct
Migration agents in Australia must hold a valid registration with the Office of Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) in order to provide assistance legally. They must follow the corresponding code of conduct when carrying out their services. The code covers many aspects, including communication with clients, fee arrangements, record management, and complaint handling.
